Nasolabial flap in OSMF- a case report

ABSTRACT

The nasolabial area because of its excellent blood supply, loose tissue and redundant tissue is an excellent choice in oral reconstruction. The nasolabial flap is a pedicled skin flap, inferiorly or superiorly based, which can be used unilaterally or bilaterally for local extra-and intraoral reconstructive purposes This article describes the technique of using nasolabial flap in moderate to severe OSMF cases.
